Apartment with sauna and studio right next to the ski slope. Apartment house Nová Ponorka is located in the recreation area of Mala Fatra - Winter Park Martinky. The apartment accommodates 4 people, ideal for a family of four (28 square meters - 4 beds, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony, infrared sauna), and the studio also accommodates 4 people (28 square meters, 4 beds, kitchenette, bathroom, balcony). Staying with a dog is not allowed. The apartment and studio are separate accommodation units. On the ground floor of the apartment house there is a restaurant, with seating also on the terrace. The accommodation is suitable for families with children, there is a playground, toys, a slide and a sandbox. Parking is free next to the apartment house. You can ski in the Winter Park Martinky ski resort, from the ski room of the apartment house you can go directly to the ski slope. The nearest swimming is the Stráňavy Thermal Pool (28 km).
