Excellent accessibility in a quiet location - that's our apartment in Zvolen-Môťová! Above standard are 2 free parking spaces, marked no. 6 and 7, a spacious, covered terrace and a living area of 72 m2. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. Towels, bed linen, house shoes and Wi-Fi are a matter of course. In addition to standard urban and civic amenities, cultural monuments (Zvolenský zámok, Pustý hrad...) and the nearby, popular Banská Štiavnica are located nearby. There are also opportunities for sports and relaxation activities (Rates Arena, Móťovská Dam, Sliač Spa...). Lovers of hiking, winter and summer sports will find their way to the popular Donovaly (40 km).

Groceries Orlík are 20 meters away, a shopping center (Tesco, Pepco, Drogeria Teta, flower shop) is 600 meters away, several dining options, the center of Zvolen is 2 km away. In front of the building there is a public transport stop called Lipovec potraviny, 600m away there is an intercity bus stop called Móťova rázcestie, the railway station is 3 km away, 2 gas stations (Schell, OMV) are nearby, a dam, a ranch with the possibility of riding horses.
There is a lot to see in the vicinity of Zvolen. Directly above the city stands Pustý hrad, one of the largest medieval castles in Europe, or the "newer" Zvolen Castle, which was built by Louis I according to the model of Italian city castles.
The Badín forest a few kilometers from the city will enchant nature lovers. Fans of culture, history and monuments will be delighted by the Vígľa Castle or the monuments listed in the UNESCO list – the wooden articular church in Hronsek (the only one of its kind in Horehroní) or the romantic Banská Štiavnica.

You can reach Krupinský bralc by following a marked hiking and cycling path (for mountain bikes) from the village of Žibritov.

Bystré waterfall
The Bystré Potok waterfall (or the Bystré waterfall) is a protected natural creation in the Podpoľania area in the cadastre of the town of Hriňová. The waterfall is more than 20 meters high, making it one of the largest in Slovakia. The easiest access is from Hriňová or from the Poľana cottage. This is our area where the landlord lives and we are proud of our mountains.
