We offer for rent a cozy and fully equipped 2+KK apartment (75m²) with a spacious outdoor terrace (20m2) and a wonderful view of the surrounding forests, slopes and the Rokytnice valley. The apartment is part of the Švadlenka mountain hut, which stands almost alone at an altitude of 900 meters, on the southern slope of a forest with a stream in the Krkonoše National Park. It has a separate bedroom, as well as a separate sleeping area, connected to a large living area and a kitchenette and seating area. The partially covered terrace with seating allows pleasant and undisturbed relaxation throughout the day. In front of the cottage there is a small children's playground with a climbing frame and a sandpit. The possibility of a fireplace and barbecue in front of the building, the possibility of catering in the adjacent building (stylish restaurant and bar Big Food Garage) with an adjacent outdoor sauna and cooling pool (for a fee).
Thanks to its strategic location not far from Lysá hora pod Dvorački, the place is an ideal starting point for various hikes along the surrounding Krkonoše ridges.
In winter, the cottage is a great choice for cross-country skiing and downhill skiing lovers, as it is located right next to the Horní Domky Ski Area... Put on your skis right in front of the cottage and go :-) In winter (1.12.-30.3.) the cottage is only accessible by snowmobile or by roller coaster, about 3 km from the Starý mlýn parking lot. We do not provide this transport, but we will be happy to provide you with the contact of the carrier. In the summer season (1.4.-30.11.) it is possible to park directly at the cottage on the basis of an entry permit to Krnap, which we provide to guests.

The location of the property right next to the forest encourages mushroom picking and easy walks in the nearby surroundings - Ručičky (1.5 km), Dvoračky (2 km), Huťský vodopád (4 km), Studenov (5 km) - as well as longer hiking tours along ridges or cycling circuits of varying difficulty ( spring Elbe, Rezek, Harrachov, etc. ).
In the hot summer, it is possible to swim in the surrounding natural swimming pools (Jablonec nad Jizerou, Poniklá, Zákoutí v Harrachov), adrenaline lovers will appreciate the proximity of the downhill track with cable car, paragliding, go-karts; you will also find a rope center and a bike park and more here.
In the winter months, from December to the beginning of April, you can enjoy a number of cross-country and downhill tracks of varying difficulty (from blue to black). The Horní Domky ski resort (at an altitude of 657 to 1,315 meters) boasts one of the longest ski runs leading from Lysá hora.
