The Apartments and Villa Plischke offer their guests comfortable accommodation with a maximum capacity of 33 people. There are two apartments for 5 to 8 people, the capacity of which can be expanded by a separate double room. The apartments have a bedroom, a living room with a TV and a sofa that serves as an extra bed for one or two people, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.

The villa has one double, two triple and three quadruple rooms. All have a refrigerator and a private bathroom with a toilet. The common areas include a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals and a common room with a seating area, TV and board games. Of course, there is WiFi connection in all areas of the accommodation.

The wellness area with a sauna and a jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor pool, will ensure perfect relaxation. Outside there is a seating area, a grill, a fireplace and a children's playground with a swing, a trampoline and a sandbox. You can also have fun playing football, table tennis and other games. You can park your cars directly at the property.

The apartments and Villa Plischke are located in the village of Lipová-lázně, in the Jeseník district. In the village you can visit the contact zoo Faunapark, the Na Pomezí Cave and the children will enjoy the Lesný bar puzzle game. In winter, the Miroslav Ski Resort opens here, where you can enjoy skiing or go cross-country skiing. You can also go hiking in the Jeseníky Mountains in the area. You can climb the Smrk hill, the Medvedí kameň viewpoint, Šerák or the Obrie skaly rocks.
