The Garden House and the Ranch Paradise apartment are part of a family ranch with horses and offer year-round accommodation in a cozy apartment with a large terrace.

Garden House and apartment accommodate 2 people each. The house is equipped with a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is entered directly from the large terrace, where the spacious room has a high double bed and a bar table with chairs for dining. There is also a new kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle and a luxurious DeLonghi coffee machine with coffee. In the relaxation room you will find blankets and a comfortable sofa with a bookcase and wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and hygiene items. We have provided free WiFi internet connection throughout the building. The apartment includes a sunny terrace with a sofa and greenery, from where you can enjoy the sunset and a beautiful view of the mountains.

You can park your car directly on a fenced lot next to a building guarded by a camera system. Upon agreement, we will also be happy to prepare a breakfast made from home-made and local ingredients, which we will bring to you in a basket directly to the room and which sweet lovers, as well as vegetarians and vegans, can choose from us. Outside there is a wooden gazebo with dining, a comfortable sofa and an electric grill, a fireplace and outdoor seating. You can relax on a swing or in a hammock in the shade of linden trees. From the entire area there are beautiful views of sunrises and sunsets and the entire mountains of Mala and Veľká Fatra. The night sky is ideal for stargazing where you won't be disturbed by light smog. At the ranch, we breed sports horses of American breeds, which we will be happy to show you with a professional explanation. We offer you an ideal vacation to relax your mind from the hustle and bustle of the city. A new feature of our accommodation is the luxurious massage whirlpool Delphina, which offers beautiful views of the mountains and the garden. An ideal deep massage after hiking and skiing. Of course, bathrobes, towels and sunbeds are provided for your perfect rest.

Garden House and apartment Ranch Paradise are located in the cadastre of Košťany nad Turcom, near the town of Martin in the Žilina Region. In the summer, you can have fun at the Sunny Martin swimming pool, enjoy the beautiful view from the Lookout on Tankova cesta or Kalník, and we also recommend visiting Sklabin Castle and Blatnica Castle. You can ski in the Martinské hole resort, Snowland Valčianska dolina and in the Jasenská dolina resort.
