B10 Apartments offer accommodation in five modernly furnished apartments. Each apartment has a capacity of 4 people, namely in the bedroom with a double bed and on the sofa bed in the living room with TV. The apartments also include a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle and dining area. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The apartments also have a balcony with seating. Internet connection via WiFi is a matter of course. If necessary, the owners will also provide you with a cot, a high chair and a baby bath. The object has barrier-free access thanks to the elevator in the building. Parking is provided right next to the building.

In the city, you can visit the Budatín Castle, climb the Dubeň observation tower, see the Rosenfeld Palace or visit museums and galleries, such as the Považ Art Gallery, ± 0.0 Gallery (Plusmínusnula) or the Museum of Jewish Culture. The Žilina Water Works with a relaxation zone is a favorite recreation spot for the people of Žilina. There are sports fields, a skate park, buffets, or you can try water sports. In the summer, you can swim at the municipal swimming pool or at the swimming pool in Stránava. In the surrounding area, we recommend you to visit Strečno Castle, Lietava Castle or go hiking. In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the ski resort of Stranik, Veľké Ostré or in Snow Sun Vadičov.
