A modern chalet directly below Martinské holy. Chalet Ferrata is located in the recreation area Martin by the forest, in the mountains and in a cottage settlement. Wooden house sleeps 10 people in 3 bedrooms (1 bathroom, 2x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a small dog is allowed for a fee. We offer breakfast, half board and full board. This rental is equipped with wellness treatments, sauna and jacuzzi. Outside you will find gazebo, outdoor seating, terrace and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: children's playground, trampoline, climbing wall, slide and children's swing are available. Parking is for 4 cars by the object.

Object description
We offer for rent a modernly furnished Chalet Ferrata located in Mala Fatra directly below Martinské hoľami, the Chalet offers accommodation for 10 people in three rooms - 2x 4x, 1x 2x, which are upstairs with a bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a kitchenette, a large balcony terrace, a toilet and a technical room.
For an additional fee, it is possible to use the wellness and restaurant in the nearby Ferrata guesthouse. This new chalet is an ideal place for the winter season, whether you plan to ski or ski, as well as for the summer season, when you can take hiking trips directly from the chalet to the surrounding mountains. Enjoy a comfortable stay in a pleasant environment with everything you need for your vacation!
Access to the cottage is year-round. Parking for about 4 cars is available right next to the cottage.
Upon agreement, it is possible to provide food in the form of catering. The prices are listed without VAT, as in the case of renting premises, the VAT is 20%, and when it comes to accommodation services, the VAT is 10%. We offer the possibility of using recreation vouchers. Individual price offers can be negotiated directly with the owner.
