Chalupa Svatbín offers quality and comfortable accommodation for tourists, couples, families with children or a group of friends. We have 1 bedroom with 3 beds and an extra bed available for you, another bed is in the kitchen. Up to 5 guests can comfortably sleep in our cottage. The cottage includes sanitary facilities, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a bedroom, a quality mattress, comfortable furniture, a washing machine, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find a stove, oven, kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, freezer and all necessary utensils. There is a yard in front of the building, where there is outdoor seating, a grill, darts, badminton and a children's pool. A stay with a pet is not possible here. Drivers will appreciate the possibility of parking at the building or directly in the yard with a capacity of 2 cars.

Chalupa Svatbín is situated in the pleasant surroundings of the smaller town of Kostelec nad Černými lesy, which extends only 30 km from Prague. Thanks to its proximity to our capital, the cottage is a popular place for tourists and sightseers. In Prague, you can visit a number of historical monuments such as the Charles Bridge, the National Theater or the Prague Castle. There will also be cinemas, theaters or shopping centers available for you to spend your free time there. An unusual cultural experience is offered by a visit to the pilgrimage site in Stará Boleslav - the Basilica of the Virgin Mary, where the Palladium of the Czech Republic is on display from 1 January 2020 (40 km). Only 25 km away is the Čestlice aquapark, which is divided into several parts. You will enjoy pleasant swimming, water attractions, massages and saunas. Perfect for kids and adults! The surroundings are criss-crossed with hiking routes and cycle paths that will take you to popular tourist destinations. You can also look forward to sports fields and halls, tennis courts and fitness centers. In Kostelec nad Černými lesy there is a shop, a restaurant, a cafe. There is a bus stop on site and the train station in Český Brod is 9 km away, from where you can get to the center of Prague in 30 minutes.
