More than a century old renovated cottage, surrounded by trees, a garden and a stream, is located near the main road in Velké Karlovice and offers accommodation for 10 people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with four beds and a common room with TV, satellite and a kitchenette with a kettle, microwave oven and fridge. There is a rest room located on the mezzanine floor, and there are two bedrooms on the upper floor, accessible separately from a small corridor. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a pull-out bed, in the second bedroom there is a double bed. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower and a separate toilet. Heating is provided by tiled stoves and electric direct heaters, wood for heating is available free of charge. Hot water is heated by an electric boiler. It is possible to use Wi-Fi connection throughout the building. You can also bring your pet with you. Parking is possible right next to the cottage. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Chalupa Babská in the village of Velké Karlovice is an ideal choice for both winter and summer holidays. There are two ski lifts at the nearby Hotel Babská, and you can go directly to the cottage from the larger one. You can also use other ski areas such as Kyčerka, Razula, Soláň, Machůzky, Karolinka or the lift at the Horal hotel. In the summer, the location of the cottage will be especially appreciated by lovers of cycling and hiking, who can take a trip to the local Beskydy ridges or to the lookout point above the Súkenická mountain hut or to the Galik lookout point.
