Superiorly equipped cottage in the Beskydy. Chalupa na mechu is located outside the village Hutisko-Solanec - Solanec pod Soláněm by the forest and on the mountains. Cottage sleeps 13 people (of which 2 are extra beds) in 4 bedrooms (3 bathrooms, 4x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Stay with a dog is not allowed. What makes your accommodation unique? Why should a potential guest choose your accommodation? Our Moss Cottage is located in a semi-secluded area, surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures. It offers a wonderful view of Pustevny and Radhošť, which you can also enjoy while sitting on the outdoor terrace with a grill or while roasting dumplings by the fireplace. The cottage is equipped to a high standard so that you and your friends or family can meet and sit together, but at the same time you also have a bit of privacy. The cottage also includes an outdoor hot tub and a Finnish sauna. We also do not forget the children, who will enjoy the children's playground and table tennis.
What program do you recommend to your guests in case of rain? If you don't want to leave the cottage in the event of rain, we have social games for adults and children prepared for you. Our small library is also at your disposal. Our outdoor sauna also includes a rest room, so you can "sewn up" there before the rain. If you want to see the surroundings even in the rain, we recommend visiting, for example, the UNIPAR candle factory in Rožnov pod Radoštěm, the Lace Museum in Zubří, the Tatra Museum in Kopřivnice, the Aquapark in Velké Karlovice, or head for local gastronomy.
What activities do you recommend to your guests in the vicinity of the cottage? In the vicinity of the cottage there are attractive hiking trails and you can also join the 30 km long cycle path from Horní Bečva to Valašské Meziříčí. The forest above the cottage will be a paradise for all enthusiastic mushroom pickers. In the wider area there are tourist attractions such as the Wallachian Open Air Museum, the Hermitage saddle and others. We will be happy to give you personal advice on where to go.
What activities do you recommend for children in the vicinity of the cottage? Our cottage includes a children's playground with play elements for small and older children. Table tennis is also available. From spring to autumn, we graze our cows and calves around the cottage, which are domesticated, and if you want, we will be happy to give you an excursion and you can even pet them :-) A pleasant walk from the cottage will take you to the municipal swimming pool. You can also take a trip by car for experiences in the area, such as the Children's Park in Bílá, the Water World in Velké Karlovice, the Zerlina Goat Farm, the Children's Gibbon Park in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, the Tarzanie Rope Park in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm and others.

How does check-in work for the stay? Before your arrival, we will contact you to work out the details of your stay - how you would like to prepare the rooms, if you will need any children's equipment, or if you have other special requirements. At the same time, we will agree together on the approximate time of arrival (if the occupancy schedule allows, we allow guests to arrive even before the official check-in time). Upon arrival, we will be waiting for you at the cottage, we will show you the spaces inside and outside the cottage, together we will write the handover protocol and give you the keys.
When and how do you pay for the accommodation? The price for the stay is payable by payment transfer, within 30 days before the start of the stay (we send the advance invoice automatically). The reservation fee for the stay in the amount of CZK 5,000 must be paid no later than 3 days after the reservation has been confirmed by the accommodation provider. The reservation fee also serves as a refundable deposit and after the end of the stay, if the object is properly returned without defects, it will be returned to the customer by bank transfer. When ordering a stay less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the price for the stay and the reservation fee are payable at the same time, no later than 3 days after confirmation of the reservation by the accommodation provider.
Can I drive directly to the accommodation in case of bad weather? We maintain the road all year round, in case of snow cover we sprinkle it with gravel. The exit to the cottage is uphill, so if you don't dare, we recommend bringing snow chains with you in winter.
What else should the guest know before checking in? We pamper our guests, so don't be afraid to contact us with any questions or requests. We are available 24/7.
