The attic of the cottage consists of two bedrooms for 5 people. On the ground floor there is a common room, which includes a fireplace and a TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. There is a whirlpool tub near the cottage. You can prepare specialties for grilling on the grill or fireplace that is available to you. Part of the fenced garden is also a grass area suitable for ball games. Parking for 3 cars is available right next to the building. Snow chains are required in winter.

Less than 10 km from the cottage, there is a statue of Jesus Christ in the village of Klin. For children, you can find Kinderland in Námestov, Funny park and Oravská forest railway in Oravská Lesná.
