The cottage under the forest accommodates you all year round with a maximum capacity of 10 people. However, for accommodation, a capacity of 8 people is preferred. an additional fee is charged for the remaining persons up to the maximum capacity. The cottage has two bedrooms located on the first floor of the cottage. One bedroom is equipped with one double bed, two single beds, a television and the other with one double bed, four single beds and a television. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a toilet on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with sofa set, fireplace, television and an equipped kitchen with electric stove, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, fridge with freezer and dining area. On the ground floor there is a second bathroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer and toilet. Outdoor seating is available outside. WiFi connection is available throughout the cottage. Parking is provided for 2 cars right next to the building.

The cottage under the forest is situated on the edge of the village of Mladkov in the district of Ústí nad Orlicí in the Pardubice region. Tourists can go to Suchý vrch, Kralický Sněžník, Zemská brana or Hanička fortress. History lovers will be fascinated by the Litomyšl Castle or the Litice Castle. In the summer months, you can swim at the Pastviny dam or at the swimming pool in Kunvalda. In winter, you can ski in the Černá Petrovice ski area or in the Jablonná nad Orlicí ski area.
