The cottage under the rock provides accommodation for 7 people, with extra beds for 9 people (see price list for extra bed price). The house has three bedrooms, two on the ground floor and one in the attic.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a double bed (width 160 cm) and the possibility of an extra bed of one or two beds on a double sofa bed (width 140 cm).
The smaller bedroom 2 has a double bed (width 160 cm).
The bedroom in the attic is designed as one space with sleeping on a raised platform with three single beds. There is also a smaller bathroom with a large sink and toilet in the attic.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, a living room with a sofa, a dining area, a fireplace and a TV, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining (fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery...).

On the fenced 8-acre plot there is a covered terrace next to the house, a large traditional barn, and in the back of the plot under the forest there is a fireplace with seating. In addition to basic grilling tools, guests also have a kettle for cooking goulash. Not only children will appreciate the possibility of archery.

The surroundings offer a wide range of hiking and cycling opportunities along marked trails in this part of the Low Tatras and Veľká Fatra, on the border of which Liptovská Osada is located. The village has a Gothal resort, where you can find several attractions for relaxation after hiking or skiing - swimming pools, saunas, massages, a climbing wall, bowling, a restaurant, a playground, tennis courts, which in winter turn into an ice rink for skaters. Nearby in Liptovské Revúce is a new via ferrata Dve veže with climbing routes of varying difficulty. Equipment can be rented in Gothal. In winter, you can ski in nearby ski resorts, such as Donovaly (11 min.), Malinô Brdo, Kubínska Hoľa, Jasná, Králiky, Šachtičky and others. You can also visit the famous aquaparks Gino Paradise Bešeňová or Tatralandia.
