The cottage under the rock provides accommodation for 6 people, with extra beds for 10 people (see price list for extra beds). There are three bedrooms in the house, two on the ground floor and one in the attic.

Bedroom 1 on the ground floor has a double bed (width 160 cm) and the possibility of an extra bed of one or two beds on the double sofa bed (width 140 cm).
In the smaller bedroom 2 there is a double bed (width 160 cm).
The bedroom in the attic is designed as one space with sleeping on a raised platform with two double beds (each 140 cm wide). In the attic there is also a smaller bathroom with a large sink and toilet.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a toilet, a living room with a folding sofa, a dining area, a fireplace and a TV, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining (fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery ...).

There is a covered terrace next to the house on a fenced 8-acre plot, a large traditional barn, and a fireplace with seating in the back part of the plot under the forest. In addition to the basic tools for roasting, guests also have a kettle for cooking goulash. Not only children will certainly appreciate the possibility of archery.

The surroundings offer a wide range of hiking and cycling opportunities along marked routes in this part of the Low Tatras and Great Fatra, at the border of which Liptovská Osada is located. In the village there is the Gothal resort, where you can find several attractions for relaxing after hiking or skiing - swimming pools, saunas, massages, a climbing wall, bowling, a restaurant, a children's playground, tennis courts, which in winter turn into an ice surface for skaters. Not far away in Liptovský Revúce is the new Dve veže via ferrata with climbing routes of varying difficulty. Equipment can be rented in Gothal. In winter, you can ski in nearby ski resorts, such as Donovaly (11 min.), Malinô Brdo, Kubínska Hoľa, Jasná, Králiky, Šachtičky and others. You can also visit the famous water parks Gino Paradise Bešeňová or Tatralandia.
