A cottage with a year-round heated pool, a garden in Němčice near Netolice in the South Bohemian Region, not far from České Budějovice (16 km). Optional wellness option (luxury whirlpool for 5 people, infrared sauna for 6 people, hydromassage in the pool, pearl massages in the pool, counter current and waterfall in the pool) for 5,000 CZK per week or 2,000 CZK per weekend.

The property can be rented in the main summer season at weekly intervals with Saturday arrival and departure, and outside the main season, except for Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter, on any date according to the occupancy calendar.

The building is located 200 m from the village and the church. There are two apartments in the cottage. The first on the ground floor (7 people) and the second in the attic (5 people). Each apartment has a separate entrance from the garden, and they are connected by an internal staircase with a lockable door.

The property is offered with four bedrooms for a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children. In the event of a request to be occupied by more adults, each request is dealt with individually and reduced comfort and a higher price for the stay must be expected. Each adult over the capacity of 8 persons pays an additional 1,000 CZK/day.

The object is only offered as a whole and you are not staying with a stranger.

Possibility to park up to 3 cars in the fenced garden, other cars can be parked near the cottage. The garden is overgrown with a hedge, greenery and mature trees, which guarantees peace and undisturbed rest.

In the garden there is a gazebo with a year-round heated pool of 30°C, a whirlpool, an infrared sauna, a fireplace, a smokehouse and wooden dining tables. It is possible to purchase a relaxation program (hydro massage, pearl massage, counter current, waterfall) for the pool for 1,500 CZK per weekend or 3,000 CZK per week. Children can use a children's house with a kitchen and dining area, a carousel and a children's sandbox. There is also a swing for three people in the garden. A big advantage is the closed, spacious gazebo with a heated pool, which can be used without restrictions all year round, even in very unfavorable, cold and rainy weather. Grilling, swimming, sauna, dining under one roof in a stylish design. In cold weather, it is also possible to heat the gazebo with a heat pump or a stove. There is underfloor heating in part of the gazebo, which you will appreciate especially in the winter months. Bed linen, towels and bath towels are included in the price. A cottage with a heated pool is located in the village of Němčice in South Bohemia. If you are among the excursionists, go to Hluboká nad Vltavou Castle, to historic Český Krumlov or to Kratochvíle Castle.
