Object description
Cottage TEREZA is a classic Orava wooden house in a secluded area, 2 km from the center of the village of Zázrivá, on the edge of the forest, in a quiet environment in n. in. 780 m. It is built on the southern slope of Oravská Magura near the red tourist sign on Kubínská Hola, with a view of the beautiful panorama of Osnice, Stoh and Veľkého and Malý Rozsutec /Malá Fatra/.
On the ground floor there is a large, well-equipped kitchen with electricity. stove, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. It is connected through a passage with a common room with a fireplace, a large dining table, a corner sofa and a radio with a CD player. From this part, you can take the stairs to the attic bedroom, where there is 1 double bed, 2 daybeds /1x2 and 2x1/, cot, toilet, sink with hot and cold water. At the back of the ground floor is a room separated by a door, where there are two couches, a sofa bed and a TV. From this part, the stairs lead to the attic bedroom, which is equipped as on the other side /1x2 and 2x1/+WC and T+S water. In front of the cottage there is a children's corner, a slide, a climbing frame, swings. In the basement there is a bathroom with a separate toilet. In front of the entrance is a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the Mala Fatra ridge. A pleasant sitting is in the gazebo with an open fireplace and the possibility of grilling and roasting. For cooking goulash, there is a kettle, a charcoal grill stand, roasting skewers and a fire pit. In winter, the road is groomed with a snow plow, but snow chains must be kept in the trunk. In winter, we have a 100-meter ski lift at the cottage, which is available free of charge. The water is from a well and the clear height of the beams in the cottage is 185 cm.
