The large, spacious cottage consists of two interconnected parts. Accommodation at the cottage will be especially appreciated by lovers of traditions. The original wooden part is reconstructed and furnished in a traditional folk style. In the second new brick part there are toilets and a bathroom, a second kitchen with an exit to a spacious terrace with seating and a second larger common room with a fireplace. The spacious fenced yard has benches, swings, climbing frames, and an outdoor grill. The cottage has two terraces with seating. The original part is an example of a traditional Baloch room and kitchen, the bedroom has three beds, the new part is adapted to the needs of modern times, there are two bedrooms in the attic. Near the cottage there is a forest and wide opportunities for hiking, cycling and mushroom picking. The attractions of the village include the Čiernohronská železnička and the Lesnícky open-air museum in Vydrovská dolina and the oldest nature reserve Dobročský prales. There is a viewpoint near the cottage. The cottage offers accommodation for 10 people. The building is heated with a hot-air fireplace and tiled stoves.
