Chata Adam offers its guests accommodation all year round. The capacity of the cottage is 12 places in 5 rooms. The cottage is also suitable for more demanding guests. The ground floor of the cottage is equipped with a common room with TV and satellite. The common room is connected by a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a dining area and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a double room and two single rooms with an extra bed. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. In the attic, guests can use a maisonette four-bed room. There is a gazebo in the garden. The Demänovka stream flows through the garden. The grassy area near the cottage is used for playing football or volleyball. There is a parking space right next to the cottage.

The cottage is part of the quiet environment of the Demänovská Dolina village. We are located near the Jasná ski resort. We also recommend visiting Ski Žiarce, Košútovo or Ski Center Opalisko. In the summer, the attraction of the surroundings is Liptovská Mara, which is suitable for water sports, swimming and fishing. Aquapark Tatralandia or Thermal Park Gino Paradise Bešeňová serve for relaxation. Demänovská dolina is sought after due to suitable conditions for hiking and cycling.
