Chata Borovica offers accommodation throughout the year in three comfortably furnished apartments for 2 to 4 people. Each apartment has an LCD TV with satellite reception, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric double stove, an electric kettle and a dining area, and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. Apartment no. 3 accommodates a total of 4 people in a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Apartment no. 2 consists of a double bedroom, while apartment no. 1 has a double bedroom with the option of one extra bed. A WiFi network is available throughout the building. Outside, there is a terrace with a grill and parking spaces right next to the building.

Chata Borovica is situated in the village of Valča, directly in the Snowland ski resort near the ski slope. In winter, you can enjoy great skiing here on several slopes. During the summer, you can take a trip to Blatnický hrad, to the Šútovský waterfall or spend the day in the SPA & AQUAPARK Turčianske Teplice with healing thermal water. Families with children will also visit the popular Yeti land with various attractions, a cable car, trampolines and a 400 meter long tubing track.
