Oznámenie o odstúpení od zmluvy pošle poštou, mailom, prípadne doručí iným preukázateľným spôsobom na adresu prevádzkovateľa. Účinky odstúpenia od zmluvy nastávajú dňom doručenia písomného oznámenia na adresu prevádzkovateľa. Zákazník je povinný zaplatiť prevádzkovateľovi zmluvnú pokutu, ktorej splatnosť nastáva ihneď. Zrušenie rezervácie po zaplatení prvej zálohy podlieha storno poplatku: - pri zrušení rezervácie 30 dní a viac pred nástupným termínom je záloha vratná, - pri zrušení rezervácie 15 - 29 dní pred nástupným termínom je 30 % zálohy storno poplatkom, - pri zrušení rezervácie menej ako 14 dní pred nástupným termínom sa plná suma zálohy (teda 50 % z ceny pobytu) stáva storno poplatkom. So stornovanou kapacitou môže ubytovateľ voľne disponovať. Za odstúpenie od zmluvy zo strany zákazníka sa tiež považuje: - zákazníkom požadovaná zmena zmluvy (zmena termínu pobytu a počtu osôb), ak nebude zo strany prevádzkovateľa uskutočniteľná, - v prípade, že zákazník v priebehu pobytu svojvoľne zruší časť pobytu alebo nevyčerpá časť zo zaplatených služieb, nemá nárok na finančnú náhradu za nečerpané služby. | |
