For families. Near the ski resort Orava Snow and the forest railway station. Chata MaJo 409 is located in a secluded place near the village Oravská Lesná - Kubínska when towing, in the forest and by the stream. Cottage sleeps 12 people (of which 2 are extra beds) in 2 bedrooms (1 bathroom, 1x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a small dog is allowed for a fee. We offer lunch and dinner. This rental is equipped with outdoor pool, bath tub, massages and jacuzzi. Outside you will find hearth, gazebo, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplace, terrace, kettle, garden swing and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: children's playground, children's pool, children's corner, toys, baby cot, trampoline, climbing wall, slide, sandbox and children's swing are available. The land is partially fenced. Parking is for 6 cars by the object.

Object description
The cozy cottage MaJo 409 is an ideal choice for a family vacation in the beautiful surroundings of the Oravské Beskydy. With a capacity of 12 people, it offers two rooms located in the attic, on the ground floor there is a folding sofa set where 2 people can sleep. The equipment of the common room also includes a TV with a satellite receiver, a CD player and a radio. Guests can use WiFi internet connection, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. There is no oven. Outside, there is a garden swing, a terrace or a gazebo with a grill and a fireplace. The children's playground with a swing, climbing frames, slide and toys is a guarantee for the joy of the little ones. A great attraction is the Zipline with a load capacity of 150 kg. Parents will be entertained by a game of table football, large-scale chess and various other social and ball games, or a HYDROMASSAGE TUB WITH LED LIGHTING. 6 parking spaces at the property. The cottage can be used all year round, it uses underfloor heating + radiators. The heating is automatic with an electric boiler, which is in operation throughout the heating season.

The MaJo 409 cottage is located in the Kubínska cottage settlement near the Orava Snow ski resort, where you can engage not only in classic winter sports, but also experience riding a snowmobile or horse-drawn sleigh. The cottage is located near the village of Oravská Lesná, in the district of Námestovo, which, thanks to its practical location, is an excellent starting point for exploring Orava and Kysúc. Riding the Orava forest railway is a fantastic experience not only for children, and a visit to the Museum of the Kysuck village of Vychylovka with its historic forest headland railway is no less interesting. You can also visit the water reservoir Nová Bystrica, the statue of Jesus Christ in the village of Klin called Rio de Klin, a boat trip to Oravska Priehrada, the Oravsky Castle in Oravské Podzamek, or go hiking in the Oravské Beskydy and Malá Fatra National Park. There are many hiking trails and cycle paths in the village.
