The village is home to the Fairytale Bird Garden and children will also enjoy a visit to the world of Habakkuk in nearby Donovaly. There is also a bobsled run and a climbing wall, while the winter season belongs to skiing and snowboarding in the quality Park Snow Donovaly. You can head to the waterfalls in Zadky and Došná, visit the open-air museum in Španá Dolina or Harmanecká Cave.
