The unique Cottage on the Peninsula is an accommodation where friends and families with children appreciate practical access to the water, perfect peace and quiet, enriched by birdsong and the sounds of nature. The cottage can accommodate up to 10 people, who are given two four-bed rooms and a pair of extra beds in the common room with a fireplace creating a cozy atmosphere. The cottage includes a bathroom, toilet, equipped kitchen and a bright terrace. Visitors can use the fireplace and garden gazebo with a grill and a goulash kettle during a pleasant evening, but also in times of bad weather. The cottage, which can be used all year round, is partially solved alternatively in terms of water, as well as electricity from photovoltaics and heating is provided in it with solid fuel via a fireplace. It allows a stay with a smaller dog after agreement with the owner and offers a pair of parking spaces.

The cottage on the peninsula is literally perched on the beautiful Ratkovie peninsula surrounded by the waters of the Liptovská Mara dam. As the only cottage on the peninsula, it guarantees an undisturbed stay in untouched nature, excellent for the occurrence of various species of water birds. At the same time, you have perfect access to the water, allowing for swimming, fishing, boating and various water sports. The cottage, located in a secluded location, is the perfect choice for people who like to escape from today's busy world full of stress and seek peace, quiet and nature. The surrounding area offers tourist activities in the Prosiecka and Kvačianska valleys in the Chočské vrchy mountains or the archaeological museum in the open air in Havránok. In the winter season, you can head to the resorts of Iľanovo and Skicentrum Žiar - Dolinky, while in the summer you can go on a bike trip on the Liptovská Mara Cycle Tour and the Kvačianska Cycle Tour.
