The chalet on the slopes will accommodate you all year round with a maximum capacity of 20 people. The cottage has five bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a couch with access to a large terrace with outdoor seating. The living room adjoins the fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, crockery and dining area. Behind the kitchen is a small common room with a sofa and a sauna. In the summer months, a large garden with a children's playground, a trampoline, a sandpit and a wooden house or a flat grassy area with football goals is at your disposal. You can sit with friends by the fireplace with benches or on the terrace with outdoor seating and a grill. WiFi connection is available throughout the cottage. Parking is provided at the building. From spring 2023, you can refresh yourself in the new outdoor pool with salt water.

The chalet on the slope is located in the village of Dolní Maxov in the village of Josefův Důl in the district of Jablonec nad Nisou. In the summer months, tourists and cyclists will come to their senses. Popular is the Jedlový důl educational trail, the peaks of the Jizera Mountains such as Černá hora and Smrk. You can enjoy a beautiful view from the lookout points Bramberk, Slovanka, Tanvaldský Špičák, Nisanka or Královka. A visit to Frýdlant castle and chateau, Sychrov chateau or Hrubý Rohozec will be a wonderful trip for you. You can also go to nearby cities such as Liberec, where you can visit the ZOO, the water park or the iQLANDIA center. In winter, you can ski on the Bukovka slope, which is less than 50 meters from the cottage in the Tanvaldský Špičák, Smržovka or Severák ski areas.
