Right at the level of the Vranovská Reservoir, three outdoor terraces with a fireplace. Chata Nad vodou is located in the recreation area Bítov in the forest and by the lake. Wooden house sleeps 6 people in 2 bedrooms (1 bathroom, 1x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a small dog is allowed for a fee. Outside you will find hearth, gazebo, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplace, terrace, garden swing and grill. Parking within 100 m.

Object description
FISHING CONDITIONS are excellent. In one week at the beginning of October, the couple caught 25 large carp right by the cottage, of which 15 were 85-100 cm. Yes, in October, November and December the best conditions are here - carp, zander, and in well-fed places for carp and catfish.

The all-day sun shines directly in front of the cottage, an outdoor fireplace and a covered seating area. Fisherman's paradise - feeding place right in front of the cottage, we will inform the fisherman about the possibilities and the fish caught. We will let fishermen from other than the South Moravian Region know where to get a permit. An excellent place for spring fishing and autumn fishing until the first snow.
Two bedrooms with 4 and 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with water connected to the local water supply, TV with DVD and 2000 CD carriers with movies on each floor.
In the annex pinkponk table, place to store bicycles, fishing equipment.
For an additional fee, Wifi and a Savage gear electric motor with a boat battery for driving around the area.
A few hundred meters from the wharf for large ships to sightseeing and sightseeing routes, brewery, restaurant, shop, etc.

Can I drive directly to the accommodation in case of bad weather? 100 m parking lot and a path through the forest to the cottage, sometimes even 15 m from the cottage.
What else should a guest know before arriving? Poor access for wheelchair users or the severely disabled. Bring charcoal or briquettes to the fireplace, sometimes we recommend drinking water for direct consumption in pet bottles. But the water from the corner is drinkable from the Bítov village water supply.
