Object description
The North Point cottage is located in the mountain village of Zuberec, surrounded by the beautiful scenery of the Western Tatras. The beautiful views from the window of Roháče will calm you down and at the same time get you excited for a hike, a walk, a bike trip or a skiing trip.
The cottage is equipped with 8 fixed beds. In the living room you can relax while watching your favorite movie on Netflix, Disney Plus or while sitting and playing board games with family and friends. The living room is connected to the dining room and the modern kitchen, where you can prepare your meals in an electric oven or on an electric hob. You also have an electric kettle, a fridge with a freezer, a capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher. There are two 4-bed bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom with shower and toilet. WiFi internet connection is provided throughout the building. From the cottage you have access to the terrace in the garden with outdoor seating and we also have a kettle for goulash ready for you. Parking for 5 cars is also available at the cottage for guests.
Nearby is the ski center Ski centrum Zuberec- Janovky, a gas station, a cafe, restaurants and an ATM. About 300 meters from the cottage, there is a hiking trail that takes you to the open-air museum of the Orava Village Museum, which is also the scene of popular Podroháč folklore festivals. In winter, this hiking trail is converted into a cross-country track. We also recommend a visit to Kvačianská dolina, Františková huta, Roháčské and Ráztocké waterfall. You can also walk to the mysterious Brestovská cave, while a longer hike awaits you at the ascent to Hrubú kop or Ostrý Roháč. You can ride the Roháčsky train around the area, which will especially please children. If you would like to go to the water, you have the choice of the Meander Park Oravice thermal swimming pool or the vast Orava Reservoir.
