The Pečivár cottage is situated in Liptov, 3.5 km behind the village of Jakubovany, in the district of Liptovský Mikuláš, in a quiet, secluded mountain environment. A paved asphalt road leads directly to the cottage. In front of the cottage there are two meadows that surround mountain streams and forests. Only 400 m from the property is a ski lift, the main red tourist highway and a cycle highway leading west to the Žiarská dolina and east to the Račkova dolina. The cottage is located under the majestic mountain - Baranec (2185 m) in the Western Tatras, which leads directly from the cottage tourist route through a beautiful mountain environment. There is a waterfall and a mineral spring 15 minutes from the cottage.

Chata Pečivár is open for guests all year round with a maximum capacity of 40 beds. The building is suitable for accommodating a large group of friends or several families with children. The cottage has a spacious common room with a trampoline and a children's corner with a dining area for up to 45 guests with access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountain environment. You can also use the stylish bar for approximately 30 guests, where you can also bring your own tap equipment. We will also be happy to provide you with catering. The shared spacious kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, two refrigerators with a freezer, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, pots, dishes, cutlery and glasses.

Near the cottage you will find a children's playground with climbing frames, a carousel, swings and a sandbox. There is a fireplace and an unguarded parking lot for 20 vehicles near the building. We can also provide a grill and a stew pot. Each room (except 3) has a balcony. Each room also has a sink with hot and cold water. All rooms, toilets in the accommodation area and the bathroom with three shower enclosures have been renovated. The accommodation consists of eight four-bed rooms with a balcony, one five-bed room, one double room with a toilet and one single smaller room.

Upon agreement, we can prepare a heated jacuzzi and, in the summer season, smaller pools, a kettle for stew and a grill. We also have a storage room for bicycles and a ski room. Upon agreement, you can also bring your four-legged pets to the cottage.
