Cozy cottage in a peaceful environment. Chata pod lesom Kvačany is located outside the village Kvačany (okres Liptovský Mikuláš) by the forest and by the stream. Cottage sleeps 12 people in 3 bedrooms (2 bathrooms, 2x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a dog is allowed for a fee. We offer breakfast, dinner and half board. This rental is equipped with bath tub. Outside you will find hearth, gazebo, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplace, terrace, kettle, garden swing and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: children's playground, children's corner, toys, children's chair, baby cot, trampoline, climbing wall, slide, sandbox and children's swing are available. Object description
The cottage under the Kvačany forest is a place for an active vacation all year round with family or friends. The cottage has a maximum capacity of 12 people, while three, four and five-bed bedrooms are available. The quadruple room also has its own bathroom with toilet and shower. You will spend your moments together in the living room with a couch, a dining area, a fireplace and board games that will have a great time. You will prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge and freezer. There is one more bathroom with a toilet in the cottage. It is a matter of course that you can connect to the Internet using the WiFi network throughout the building.
You can enjoy the nice weather in the yard with a barbecue or cooking goulash in a kettle. There is a gazebo with seating, a garden swing and a children's playground with a slide, trampoline, sandbox and swings. You can also have fun playing football or badminton. Parking is provided right next to the building.
The cottage under the forest is located at the end of the village of Kvačany, only 200 meters from the mouth of the Kvačianska valley. Near the cottage there is a beautiful spruce forest, a mountain stream with a well and a large plot of land. You will go on a hike and trip to the famous Kvačianska valley with the technical monument Oblazy water mills. An educational trail runs through the valley, which will also take you through Prosiecká dolina. Families with children can visit the Babyland amusement park or spend the day at the Liptovská Mara reservoir, where they can take a sightseeing boat trip. When and how is accommodation paid for? Payment for accommodation at Chata pod lesom in Kvačany takes place in two phases. When making a reservation, a deposit is required to confirm the binding nature of the reservation. This deposit is in the amount of 30% of the total price of the stay. The deposit is paid by transfer to the owner's account. The supplement for the stay is paid upon arrival at the cottage. Payment can be made in cash or non-cash, according to the guests' preferences.
At the start of the stay, a recreational tax is also paid, which is set by the municipality (1 EUR per person and night), as well as a refundable deposit to cover possible damages. The refundable deposit serves as insurance in case of damage to the equipment and is returned to the guest in full after the end of the stay, if there is no damage to the property. In case guests plan to use a recreation voucher, it is important to notify this fact in advance at the time of booking, so that the necessary document can be prepared and correct invoicing can be ensured.
