The Pod Pálenicou Cottage is located right in the heart of LIPTOV. It is situated in a peaceful, quiet environment under the forest, in a small cottage settlement near the picturesque village of Pavčina Lehota, located at the mouth of the Demänovská Valley. The accommodation meets the demands and requirements of families with small children, adult nature and hiking lovers, skiers, cyclists or people looking for a quiet place to spend their longed-for moments of relaxation. The cottage is surrounded by Tatra meadows, as well as the ridges of the Low and West Tatras. The cottage is located near the Jasná ski resort, near the world-famous Demänovská Caves, by the mountain river Demänovka.

The Pod Pálenicou Cottage provides year-round accommodation. In the case of accommodation for families with children, a cot can be used upon agreement. The cottage is entered through a brick veranda into the hall, through which you then enter a pleasant living room with a sofa, a spirit fireplace, a TV with satellite reception, which is also connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with seating. In the kitchen, you can use a ceramic hob, a microwave, an electric kettle, a fridge with a freezer and a dishwasher to prepare your own meals. The cottage has two bathrooms with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and towels for guests. One of them is part of the ground floor and also has a washing machine, the other is located upstairs.
The ground floor of the cottage includes a room. The stairs take you to the first floor of the building, where there are 4 rooms available to you (two of which have a balcony). Three bedrooms have their own TV with satellite reception. On the first floor of the cottage there is a large balcony with seating, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Poludnica Mountain. WiFi internet access is a matter of course throughout the property.
Skiers can conveniently store their skis and equipment in the ski room, which also serves as a bicycle storage room. You can spend your active free time playing football or volleyball. You can relax pleasantly on the terrace with outdoor seating with the possibility of grilling, roasting and cooking pot goulash. The cottage is very accessible all year round, and parking is possible directly at the property.

For hiking enthusiasts, we will explain how to conquer Chopok, the highest peak of the Low Tatras, Ďumbiere, in many ways, choose a suitable hike according to the difficulty level or where you can park your car near Jasná. We will direct you to the walking path to the charming Demänovské Caves and explain where the ruins of Likava Castle are. You can also make your free time more enjoyable by relaxing in the nearby Tatralandia aquapark, in the thermal swimming pool in Liptovský Ján, in the Bešeňová Water Park or in the Lúčky Spa. Water sports enthusiasts will also find their place here, as they will not be far from Liptovská Mara.
