Cottage by the cold waterfall is suitable for holidays for families with children. The building has three double rooms, each with one or two extra beds and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. The total capacity of the cottage is 11 beds. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. In the large common room there is a TV, satellite, DVD player, radio with CD player and a small children's corner. Upstairs is a smaller common room with a seating area and board games. The cottage has a spacious covered terrace, in front of which is built its own playground, which allows you to have your children under supervision. You can also use the stone fireplace for barbecue, fireplace and parking directly at the building.

The cottage by the cold waterfall is part of the romantic environment of Orava and the Western Tatras - Roháčov. We are located between the villages of Oravský Biely Potok and Podbiel near the waterfall of the river Studená. However, it belongs to the cadastral territory of the municipality of Nižná. This location is suitable for hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, rafting, mushroom picking and agritourism. Take a trip to the technical monument of Františkova huta, see the Gothic wooden church in Tvrdošín, which is on the UNESCO list, or spend a day at the Orava Dam. In winter, you can enjoy great skiing in the SkiCentre Uhliská, the Janovky and Milotín resorts or in the SKI center Brezovica.
