Cottage with Wellness
We are happy to rent you the entire cottage, or if available, individual rooms. Guests can use the sauna with a relaxation room for 40 CZK per 15 minutes. Each floor has its own kitchenette and common room.

The cottage is located in a quiet part of the town of Rokytnice v Orlické hory, almost in solitude. The Rokytenka river flows nearby and there is also a large forest nearby. Historically, the building was used as a municipal school (1876 - 1945), then as a training center for an agricultural cooperative, and most recently (2004 - 2019) even as a guesthouse.

In 2019, the current owner Kalivoda Martin approved the guesthouse for a family house with accommodation. He replaced the roof covering, installed 10 kWp photovoltaic panels and a Wallbox for charging electric cars. He purchased an outdoor stainless steel heated wellness barrel for 10 guests with 12 hydro massage jets, a bubble filtration system, drink counters and a thermal cover.

You can cook yourself with us, order various pastries for the morning with direct import from the bakery, or order food and pizza with import to the cottage from the Rokytenka hotel with import until 8:00 p.m.

You can also order lunches, dinners, fresh homemade dumplings or platters from the school cafeteria in Rokytnice at least 6 weeks before arrival, where they cook really well for a price of about 110 CZK per portion with soup in borrowed pots and one guest has to come for the food.

You can enjoy peace and solitude. On the contrary, all services are easily accessible both in summer and winter.

Upon arrival, you will have a pleasantly heated entire cottage.

We now offer the option of ordering transportation to the foot of the enchanted mountain in Říčky directly under the six-seater chairlift with a bubble for a price of 500 CZK one way.

The fee for using the wellness tub is 1,500 CZK for the 1st - 3rd night and then each additional night is 500 CZK.
