A large, spacious cottage in the Zázrivá cottage area. Chata Sovička Zázrivá is located in the recreation area Zázrivá by the forest and in a cottage settlement. Cottage sleeps 20 people (of which 6 are extra beds) in 5 bedrooms (4 bathrooms, 4x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Staying with a dog is not allowed. This rental is equipped with sauna and jacuzzi. Outside you will find gazebo, outdoor seating, outdoor fireplace, kettle and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: toys, children's chair, baby cot, sandbox and children's swing are available. The land is partially fenced. Parking is for 4 cars by the object.

Object description
Welcome to a wonderful retreat in the heart of Zázrivá! This charming cottage with a built-up area of 184 m2 offers a perfect mix of mountain charm and modern comfort. With generous parking space for four cars, a garage and a gazebo with everything you need for an unforgettable barbecue and relaxation, this place is a real treasure.
Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious 110 m2 living room with a fireplace, which is connected to the kitchen and dining area, creating an ideal place for family moments and gatherings with friends.
There is also one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, one bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There are 3 separate rooms on the first floor, in each you will find a double bed with a sofa bed that can accommodate two more people, a balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding nature.
There is also a children's room on the first floor, which offers one bunk bed and two beds and many different toys for both small and large :)
The basement (180 m2) is equipped with a jacuzzi, a sauna and a space for relaxation, which makes it a place for a well-deserved rest after skiing or a hike in the surrounding popular tourist routes in Mala Fatra. A technical room and a garage are other practical advantages, e.g. for storing bicycles, skis, carriages and much more. In these places there is also another common room with a bar complete with a pool table and a dart board.
In addition, the cottage also has a beautiful garden area with a gazebo, which will delight you in every season. The gazebo is equipped with a brick fireplace for roasting and grilling, a kettle for stew and spacious seating. In the garden you will also find a children's swing, a sandpit, and in the forest above the cottage there are other swings and a ropeway. This place is the perfect escape to nature and provides everything you could wish for.
