Object description
The cottage is located in the center of the ski resort DONOVALY at the beginning of Polianka and 100 meters from the top ski lifts and 4-seater cable car in the garden of the ski resort Donovaly.
The cottage is all wooden, insulated. The cottage has 8 rooms and 28 beds (3 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, 2 quadruple rooms and 1 eight-bed room).
The cottage has a lounge with a capacity of 28 seats, equipped with LED TV with satellite TV and DVD player. Guests have free WiFi access. A signal to the mobile network is available in the cottage. Another part of the living room with a solid fuel (wood) fireplace has coffee tables with armchairs. Next to the living room is a kitchen with refrigerators (2 pcs), electric stove, separate large electric hob and microwave. The kitchen has basic equipment for preparing meals and electric hot water. The whole cottage is heated by electric convectors with adjustable temperature. The cottage has bathrooms with 2 toilets, 2 showers and a separate renovated sink with hot water. A storage room is available for storing the brought material, including food. It is possible to store skis in the entrance locking porch of the cottage. The cottage has exchanged windows for plastic and entrance doors to the cottage. The cottage scheme and photo documentation is published on the ŠK UMB website.
The cottage has a nice location on the edge of the forest. Due to its location, it has excellent conditions for hiking and in winter it is suitable mainly for ski courses and recreation of a larger group of people (max. 28). The cottage has a tennis court with artificial grass with built-in basketball hoops and a structure for tennis and volleyball. The cottage is suitable for sports clubs.
The cottage with a private parking lot with a capacity of about 10 cars is open all year round by car. Renting a cottage allows groups to decide how to eat. It is possible to prepare your own meals in the cottage, or eat in nearby hotels and guesthouses in Donovaly. Upon request, the Stodola - Donovaly Restaurant will provide food delivery to the ŠK cottage.
