Horská chata Svahová 3 offers its guests accommodation in a newly built cottage with a maximum capacity of 6 people. There are three bedrooms with a double bed and satellite TV. The cottage has a living room with a fireplace, a TV, a sofa and a dining area. It is also connected to a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an electric stove, a coffee machine and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a massage shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer and infrared sauna. The cottage also has a fitness room with a treadmill, orbitrek and hot tub. An internet connection via WiFi is a matter of course.

In the garden you can relax in the heated swimming pool and on the terrace with sun loungers. There is also a fireplace, trampoline and table tennis, where the whole family or group of friends can have fun. Parking is provided directly at the building.

Horská chata Svahová 3 is situated by the forest in the recreational part of the village Boleboř, in the district Chomutov. The Pyšná Ski Resort, the Mezihoří Ski Resort and the Klíny Ski Resort open in the winter, where skiers and cross-country skiers can enjoy themselves. In summer, you can take a family trip to the Chomutov Zoo, the Jezeří Castle, the Lighthouse Lookout Tower or the Kýšovice Waterfall. In summer, you can spend the day by the waters of Alum Lake, where you will find sandy and grassy beaches, mini golf or try paddle boarding.
