The cottage near the raft offers you comfortable accommodation for a maximum of 7 people. There are three 2-bed bedrooms in the cottage, one of which is wheelchair accessible and one has a balcony. You can find another bed in the common room, as an extra bed on the couch. You can prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchenette, which includes a ceramic hob, microwave oven, kettle, fridge, freezer and dining area. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. There is a storage room for bicycles in the cottage, and outside there is a terrace with seating, a gazebo, a grill and a kettle. You can park your cars in two parking spaces within 50 meters of the building.

Chata u pltník is located in the village of Majere, in the district of Kežmarok, in the north of Slovakia near the border with Poland. This locality is known for rafting the Dunajec River on typical rafts. There are several boarding stops, for example you can start in Červený Kláštor. The more daring can also float down the river on rafts. The surroundings are made up of the Pieniny Mountains, where you can go hiking or cycling. The Pieniny Mountains are criss-crossed with many cycle paths and hiking trails. You will pass through the Dunajec gorge, Veterný vrch, Three crowns or Plašná. Nearby is also the well-known Treetop Walkway in Bachledova dolina. In the summer, Bachledka Ski & Sun has many attractions for families with children. There is a cable car to Spišská Magura, you can go down a bobsleigh track or a meadow toboggan, and children can jump on trampolines. You can also take the educational trail to Lake Jezerské with the beaver dam.
