Chata Valča is located in the Snowland ski resort in Valčianska dolina and has 3 separate apartments with a common entrance. The building is heated by underfloor heating and there is a common ski room for the apartments, in which ski boot dryers, a clothes dryer, an automatic washing machine and a wine cellar are available. There are two gazebos and an outdoor fireplace with seating near the property. One gazebo is equipped with a kitchenette and garden furniture, in the second gazebo there is a relaxation zone. Free WiFi is available throughout the building. Each apartment has one parking space.

1st apartment 0NP: has a capacity of 4 people. The apartment offers: 1x living room with kitchen, 1x bedroom and 1x bathroom with toilet (shower). The living room with two folding sofas is connected to the kitchen with corner seating containing a dishwasher, electric oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle and glass ceramic hob. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds.

3rd 2nd floor apartment: has a capacity of 5 people. The apartment offers: 1x living room with kitchen, 2x bedrooms and 1x bathroom with toilet (shower).
