Cottage Zojica offers accommodation in a traditional wooden house in a secluded forest, with a total capacity of 10 people, about a kilometer from the lifts of the ski resort Kubínska Hoľa. You will sleep in three bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom is a double and two are quadruple. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa, a fireplace, an equipped kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom. In the exterior you will appreciate sitting on the terrace, by the fireplace and also the possibility of grilling on a tripod or cooking real cauldron. You can park your car directly at the object in summer, in winter about 100 meters from the cottage (maximum 3 cars).

Cottage Zojica is situated in the recreational area of Dolný Kubín, in Beňová Lehota. In winter, you can go skiing in the Kubínska ski resort, which has 14 km of slopes. There is a forest near the accommodation, so the accommodation is suitable especially for guests who want to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time, the surrounding forests offer you the opportunity for walks, hiking or picking mushrooms and berries. History enthusiasts are recommended to visit the articular church in Istebno, Florin's house or the literary museum PO Hviezdoslav. You will have a pleasant time at AquaRelax in Dolný Kubín. Thanks to its location, the cottage is an excellent starting point for trips to the Tatras or the Slovak Paradise, Fatra or Orava Magura.
