Chatka pod Chočom offers accommodation in a quiet, peaceful forest environment throughout the year. The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 people, ideal for couples or families with two children. There is a double bed in an elevated place, a single bed and a pull-out bed for the fourth person. The cabin is heated by a wood stove. You will also have electricity, a dining area, drinking water in containers and a kitchenette with an electric kettle and a coffee machine.

Outside, there is a terrace, a fireplace, a hammock, a solar shower and a dry toilet. You can park your cars in the village about 20 minutes' walk from the cottage.

The cottage under Chočom is located in a secluded area near the village of Vyšný Kubín. The surrounding forest guarantees a quiet environment for your stay and also the possibility to go for walks or even a hike to Veľký Choč hill, from which you can see beautiful views. The mansion in the village, the memorial house of Martin Kukučín, the wooden articulate evangelical church in Leštiny or the farm in Osádka with tasty dairy products are also worth visiting. Don't miss a visit to the Orava Castle, the AquaRelax Dolný Kubín center or the zipline at Kubínská hola, where a popular ski resort opens in winter.
