Katka cottages are an ideal place where both children and parents will be satisfied. Larger families or groups of friends can also enjoy exceptional accommodation in one place. There are two buildings with seven rooms, which have a total capacity of 21 beds, 2 extra beds and one cot. They are located on a spacious plot of land near a stream on the outskirts of the village. The quiet location and fencing ensure absolute privacy for the accommodated guests. The smaller cottage is perfect for guests who are looking for romance, relaxation, like to spend their free time in nature or just want to spend time with family or friends in a cozy cottage with a magical atmosphere.

The smaller cottage offers accommodation for max. 8 people in one double and one four-bed room with TV and the possibility of two extra beds in the attic of the cottage. The rooms offer a nice view of the garden or the picturesque village from the balconies. The ground floor consists of a living room with a dining area, an equipped kitchen and a fireplace. The building has two bathrooms with a toilet and one shower. There is a television with many channels, a radio and fast optical internet. Outdoor seating with a grill and parking right next to the building are available for guests.

The larger cottage is here for all those who love to relax in a real cottage. The cottage with a capacity of 15 beds is an excellent place for larger family or friendly gatherings. Visitors can enjoy the atmosphere on the covered terrace or the spacious balcony with a romantic view of the garden. The ubiquitous touch of history and the smell of wood enhance the feeling of staying in a real cottage. The building has five stylishly furnished rooms. Two of them are double, two quadruple and one triple room, which is also passable. A cot is located in a double room. In the cottage you will find 3 bathrooms with a toilet and 3 showers, 2 of which are directly in the rooms. Guests can prepare delicious food in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, a large dining table and a private bar. A popular place for spending time together is a spacious common room with a TV, sofa, children's corner and board games. The equipment of the building is completed by optical WIFI internet, a parking lot right next to the cottage and a room for storing skis and bicycles. There is also a large gazebo with an outdoor fireplace and grill.

The cottages stand on a large plot of land dominated by a magnificent entrance gate and a tall hedge of ornamental thuja trees. Our fragrant garden perfectly contrasts with the noisy city and provides undisturbed relaxation in the lap of nature. In every season of the year, you can find inner harmony here and get new energy. The garden consists of coniferous and fruit trees and bushes, a manicured lawn and a babbling stream that flows through the property. The complex is perfect for a stay for families with children, who can use the large field for football, volleyball or badminton. There is a large fireplace with seating in the garden, where guests can enjoy the atmosphere of a real barbecue under the stars. Even the smallest guests are not forgotten, they especially enjoy the children's playground with a sandpit, a swing, a slide and a trampoline. Deck chairs, blankets, grills, a copper kettle for stew and parking right next to the cottage are also available to guests.

The cottages are located on the foothills of Roháčov - Western Tatras in the picturesque village of Oravský Biely Potok, which is situated in the heart of Orava. The village is located in the Skorušin mountains, in the so-called Cold valley, where in the summer visitors enjoy the many hiking trails in the vicinity and in the winter they can't do without proper skiing, sledding or other popular sports. In the immediate vicinity of the buildings there is a bus stop, food and hospitality. The location of the cottages is also a starting point for many surrounding attractions.
