Modern accommodation close to nature in South Bohemia.
Semi-detached houses U Hájenky are located in Lipno nad Vltavou near the forest, 2 minutes by car from the water, near the deer park. It is a separate area in a quiet part of the village.
It consists of 15 passive semi-detached houses available 4+kk and an area of 130 m2 with a fireplace in a modern living room connected to the kitchen. The layout consists of two floors and an attic space that can be used as a bedroom or a classic attic. In the northern part of the house there is a storage space for bicycles, skis and garden tools. Each unit (=each half of a semi-detached house) has its own entrance, its own large garden and parking and is built in such a way that the views of the surrounding countryside stand out from the terrace. The layout of the house is adapted for the stay of two families with children. The houses are located in the upper part of the village of Lipno nad Vltavou, in the immediate vicinity of nature, near the forest, which is adjacent to the deer park.
This project boasts exceptional uniqueness. This is the construction of diffusely open buildings that are friendly to the environment. The maximum amount of energy comes from a renewable source and maximum use is made of heat recovery.
You will relax while being kind to the environment and your own health. All materials used are healthy and recyclable.
Pets may only be allowed in some houses after prior agreement with the accommodation provider, and for a fee. Pets will not be accepted without prior agreement.
Outside there is an outdoor seating area, a terrace and a grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children, a high chair and a cot are available. Parking is possible for 1 car at the property. Another vehicle will find parking within 50m.
You can ski in the ski resort Skiareál Lipno (2.3 km) or in the Austrian Skiareák Hochficht (45 km), the nearest swimming pool is Aquaworld Lipno (1.8 km) or Aquapark Wellness Hotel Frymburk (7 km). Within 30 minutes you can reach Rožmberk Castle (17 km) or Český Krumlov Castle (18 km). You will certainly not be bored in Lipno.
