The popular attractive three-storey building Hany 50 with a spacious covered swimming pool and infrared sauna in Dolníky near Trutnov. On the ground floor there is a separate furnished apartment with accessories, its own entrance and a folding double bed (which can be used as an extra bed). On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a double bedroom. Two more bedrooms are available in the attic, a quadruple (2 double beds) and a double (1 double bed). We have 2 cots and 2 high chairs available for children. The heating of Hana 50 is central, with an electric boiler, a fireplace with hot air distribution, or a solid fuel stove. Newly opened wellness center with infrared sauna. Bliss whirlpool for 2-3 persons, infrared sauna for 2 persons. Measures against covid 19: complete ozonation of the entire building, including floor treatment with a Karcher steam machine, performed after each client.

Next to the house there are two covered terraces with a sitting area with a hanging swing and further a swimming pool with a thermal roof and a place for sunbeds. The pool is in operation from 1.5. - 30.9. At the house there is covered parking for up to 4 cars with access via an asphalt road, maintained in winter.
El. energy, water and wood are not included in the price. Clients bring their own sheets or they are available for a fee.

Hany 50 is located in a unique, quiet location, on the edge of the Dolce recreation area. The outdoor areas provide you with complete privacy. The building is also accessible via an asphalt road and is located near the Krkonoše winter resorts. In the summer months, in addition to the swimming pool by the house, you can also use the recreational natural area with a cascade of ponds in Dolcie, which offer swimming, the possibility of tennis, mini golf, pedal boat rentals, fishing and other cultural and sports events. Hiking and cycling trails connecting the entire Krkonoše are also popular. In winter, you can find a number of cross-country trails and ski resorts nearby. The nearest is the Mladé Buky ski area with the longest bobsleigh track in Bohemia, further on is the Janská kúpele area or the most famous Pec pod Sněžkou area.
