Historic villa with swimming pool, jacuzzi, suitable for families with children. Historická vila Dom hostí is located on the outskirts of the village Podbrezová by the swimming pool, by the forest and on the mountains. Cottage sleeps 17 people (of which 6 are extra beds) in 4 bedrooms (4 bathrooms, 5x WC). Accommodation is available only for you. Stay with a small dog is allowed free of charge. This rental is equipped with outside pool, sauna and hot tub. Outside you will find gazebo, outdoor seating, terrace, cauldron, garden swing and grill. The accommodation is suitable for families with children: playground, children's pool, children playground, toys, baby bed, trampoline, climbing frame, slide, sandbox and children's swing are available. The plot is fenced. Parking is for 5 cars by the object.

NOTE: The swimming pool is closed from October to May.
The historic villa Dom hóstí will accommodate you in a peaceful environment with a convenient location. The villa has four bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 17 people, while each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet. Common spaces include a living room with a sofa, TV, fireplace and dining area. You will prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen, which also includes a dishwasher. Part of the villa is a common room suitable for sitting together, as well as a room with a pool table and a TV. In the equipment of the villa, you will also find a retro game console, darts, Stiga hockey, as well as a children's corner, a washing machine and a dryer. A WiFi network is available throughout the building. Parking is provided right next to the building.
In the outdoor area at the entrance to the villa, there is a large gazebo with seating, a gas grill and a hot tub.
Furthermore, on the elevated garden terrace, you will find an 8-meter heated swimming pool with a covered gazebo.
There is also a board playground, climbing frames, table tennis, equipment for badminton, football, volleyball.
The historic villa Dom hostí is situated on the outskirts of the village of Podbrezová. From the villa, there is good access to the forest and hiking trails, along which you can go on a hike to the surrounding mountains. You can climb Hrb, Skalka, Poľana or Ďumbier and Chopok. In the village, you can visit the interesting Metallurgical Museum, as Podbrezová is known for its iron production. In the surrounding area, you can take a trip to the Bystrianská cave, to the Krpáčovo reservoir, to the Nemecká monument, or take a ride on the Montenegrin Railway. In winter, you can enjoy skiing in the ski resort Ski Čierny Balog, Tále Ski, Ski Centrum Mýto or in the Chopok Juh resort.
