We cordially invite you to Horehronie to the modern holiday house Horehronský dvor. We are located in the village of Závadka nad Hronom (Horehronie district), which is the starting point for hiking and exploring the nature of the eastern Low Tatras with the dominant Kráľova hoľa.
Our guests appreciate the fantastic equipment in the form of a sauna, a bathtub, a swimming pool and attractions for children. Our cottage is an ideal place for families with children, groups of friends, teambuildings and everyone looking for rest and relaxation in a peaceful environment.
ACCOMMODATION
We are your multi-functional holiday house that you can rent for 20 people with four apartment-type cottages (8 rooms) or for 10 people - 2 cottages (4 transitional rooms). On request, it is possible to rent individual cabins separately.
The cottages are on the ground floor and have barrier-free access from the yard. Each has a living room with a kitchenette. Sit on a comfortable couch and relax while watching a good movie or a nice fairy tale. In the kitchenette, you can prepare your favorite meals with the help of a ceramic hob, electric oven, combined refrigerator, electric kettle and microwave oven. There is also a coffee machine and a dining area. The night part consists of bedrooms with a double bed and single beds. A folding couch located in the living room can also be used. The cottages have bathrooms with showers and toilets. There is also a fireplace in Chyžka Varecha. WiFi internet connection is a matter of course.
COMMON SPACES
In the holiday home, you will find a common room, which consists of a dining area and a bar counter with a tap. The atmosphere is made more pleasant by the fireplace, a mini pool table, table football and a children's corner with toys will delight. You also have a fully equipped common kitchen for great gastronomic experiences. To make you feel as comfortable as possible, we have prepared a Finnish sauna and a bathtub with massage jets and ambient lighting for you. In the summer, children and adults alike will enjoy the outdoor pool. If you are interested, we can also provide the services of a masseur. In the yard you will find a traditionally furnished Humno, where you can organize a celebration or a themed evening. There is also a grill, a kettle and a novelty of 2024 - a gazebo. During your stay, you have a washing machine with a dryer, an iron, a hair dryer, and you can also use the cloakroom. You can safely store your bicycles and ski equipment in the storage room. Additional services include the possibility of renting electric bicycles, scooters, party tents, beer sets and tables. You can park your cars safely in the parking lot guarded by a camera system directly in front of the building. There is also a charging station for electric cars.
FOR CHILDREN
Children will have fun on the playground, during the summer they will have fun in the pool. part of the common room is a children's corner. We are happy to lend you a cot and a high chair.
YOU WILL FIND IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
There is an indoor swimming pool right in the village, where you can swim all year round. There is a pond nearby and also the possibility of riding horses. If you like hiking, take a hike and climb the Kráľova hola (also on E-bikes) or go to the Polomské očko Lookout. Also visit Rozhladňa Zbojská, where there is a famous salaš, which is famous for its excellent Slovak specialties. Among the places visited are also the technical monument Chmarošský viaduct in Telgárt, Chamkova stodola and Depo café Telgárt.
During the winter season, you can enjoy great skiing in the Ski Polomka Bučník (4 KM) and Ski Telgárt (25 KM) ski resorts. Cross-country skiers will come to their senses right in the village, where cross-country ski tracks are built if there is enough natural snow. In Horehroní you will also find the highest cross-country trails in Čertovica and other possibilities for skiing and ski mountaineering in Mýt pod Ďumbierom, Táľy or in the Jasná Chopok - south resort.
