Mountain chalet Svahová 2 – Boleboř offers accommodation for 1 to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have a capacity of 2 beds, two with double beds and one with single beds. If necessary, a cot and a high chair can also be rented. There is also a kitchen with a kettle, fridge, electric stove, dripper, microwave oven, crockery and toaster. The common room is equipped with a television with satellite reception, a sofa, a dining area, a fireplace and a radio. The building has a bathroom with toilet, automatic washing machine, dryer, sink and massage shower box. There is also a heated swimming pool, sun loungers, a fitness center with a hot tub, an infrared sauna, a gym and a massage chair. In the summer, a heated swimming pool is available from May 1 to September 30 with dimensions of 9x4x1.20 m. Wi-Fi connection is a matter of course and smoking is allowed. You can take your pet with you. Heating is provided by an electric fireplace and electric direct heaters. In summer, it is possible to sit on the terrace with garden furniture, grill, fire pit, fireplace and swimming pool. There is a trampoline for the little ones. The property is easily accessible both by bus (the bus stop is 4 kilometers away) and by car on an asphalt road. Parking is possible right next to the building. The nearest restaurant is 80 meters away.

The mountain chalet Svahová 2, surrounded by a garden, is located next to the forest in the village of Boleboř and is an ideal choice for lovers of hiking, cycling, tennis, golf, fishing, mushroom picking, berry picking, sightseeing, relaxation, walks and swimming. The cottage is located 850 m above sea level, groomed cross-country skiing tracks with a length of 30 km are 150 m from the cottage. There are beautiful marked hiking and cycling routes around. Popular excursion destinations include Chomutov Zoo, the famous spa town of Karlovy Vary, Kamencové jezero and the Červený Hrádek castle near Jirkov. The surroundings offer many opportunities for swimming, for example at the Kyjice, Fláje, Nechranice, Jirkov dams or in the Brandov, Novomlýnský and other ponds. Skiers will certainly appreciate the proximity of the Brandov or Mezihoří ski resorts. A 400 m groomed slope with a ski lift (poma) is 100 m from the cottage.
