Filipov Forest Cottage is located almost on the state border with Austria, in the forests of the Czech Canada Nature Park. The newly built cottage stands in the area with the cleanest air in the Czech Republic. You can stay here in 1 suite with 2 double rooms and one quadruple room, with the possibility of adding another 4 extra beds. And then in rooms BLANC (2 beds + 2 extra beds and bathroom with toilet), MATTERHORN (2 double rooms with 2 extra beds, bathroom and toilet) and EVEREST (double room with one extra bed, with bathroom and toilet). On the ground floor of the cottage there is another separate toilet. The building also has two living rooms and a fully equipped kitchen (which includes dishes, electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fireplace and television). Outside you have a sitting on the terrace or under the pergola, with the possibility of using a garden fireplace, barbecue or outdoor fireplace. For children there is a children's corner, which includes swings, a slide, a sandpit and a children's house. There is also a five-a-side football and football pitch, beach volleyball, badminton, petanque and table tennis. The house does not lack the popular trampoline. You can park directly in the building. The cottage also offers storage and locking of bicycles and skis. Accommodation is suitable for lovers of nature, sports, hiking and biking. The cottage can be used during the winter, but due to heating it is necessary to occupy at least half of the cottage. Unfortunately, there is a weak signal inside the cottage, but all you have to do is go outside with your mobile phone.

The Filipov Forest Cottage can be found in the Filipov settlement of the same name, which is located in Dobrotín, a village that is part of the Old Town below Landštejn. The locality belongs to the district of Jindřichův Hradec. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful forests of Czech Canada, which are full of springs, streams, streams, ponds and large ponds. Both tourists and cyclists, mushroom pickers and fishermen will enjoy themselves here. The nearest restaurant can be found less than a kilometer from the cottage in nearby Jindřichův Hradec. Less than two kilometers away is a large castle complex in Jindřichův Hradec. Only 13 kilometers away is the fairytale castle Červená Lhota and a little further are the castle Žirovnice, the castle Landštejn, the ruins Choustník and Soběslav, the castle Třeboň and Schwarzenberg tomb.
