Maria House Liptov – an above-standard equipped, romantically and warmly furnished historic log cabin, in the center of Liptov, from where everything is close. Located in nature, in a quiet forest environment, directly on the Liptovská cycle highway in the Low Tatras, which connects Liptov with the Tatras. It is located in the settlement of Svarín, which belongs to Kráľova Lehota near Liptovský Hrádek. Not so far away, approx. 300 m from the property, is the Kráľova Lehota Ranch, where you can enjoy riding horses, see a farm with various exotic animals, sit at the buffet with coffee or a tasty hamburger. In the nearby area, you can also visit the upper reservoir of Čierny Váh on Neznáma with the well-known breathtaking view of the entire Liptovská basin, or also the lower reservoir of Čierny Váh with the settlement of Čierny Váh, wooden architecture, a church and a cemetery on the rock, the Svarín valley, the confluence of Biel and Čierny Váh in Kráľová Lehota, buy fresh gutted trout in an organic farm in Kráľová Lehota, visit the Krajčov vrch lookout in Nižná Boca, the castle, rock garden and lake Liptovský Hrádok, the Museum of Liptov Culture and Life in Liptov in Liptovský Hrádek, the Arboretum in Liptovský Hrádek and much more. Throughout the year, we offer for rent a fully equipped and furnished log cabin Maria House Liptov with a capacity of 6 people. On the ground floor there is a stylish living room with a tiled fireplace, satellite TV and two large sofas. You can prepare your meals in the kitchen like at your grandmother's, equipped with electricity. stove with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, kettle, dishwasher, stick blender, toaster, all necessary dishes, sieves and graters and seating and much more... The three bedrooms on the first floor have a composition: one 1-bed in style children's room, one 2-bed room with a double bed in the style of a ski room and one 3-bed room with a double bed and a single bed, which also has a stylish stove. And, of course, the bathroom, which also resembles the one at grandma's. There are smoke sensors in the bedrooms. Free WiFi Internet connection is provided throughout the building. In this cottage, all you really need for your vacation is your personal belongings and grocery shopping. For children, there is also a cot, children's dining chair, plugs for drawers, a barrier on the stairs, toys, books and much more. In the price of accommodation, we also provide paper hygiene, cleaning products, tablets for the dishwasher, bath towels and towels, wood....

Included in the price of accommodation is the use of a children's playground with a house and sandpit, a portable outdoor fire pit, garden seating with a large umbrella, a charcoal or gas grill, table tennis, board games, badminton and a library. In the same way, a room for locking bicycles and skis, or an outdoor pen for a medium-sized hawk can be used. Maria House Liptov is already equipped with an outdoor sauna with a wood stove. Sheets, bathrobes, an outdoor cooling relaxation zone with sunbeds are also available. Parking for several cars is provided in the fenced yard.

Information directly from the owners of the cottage: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. A permanent resident of the yard is a cat. Staying indoors is in slippers. Mobile signal is weak. We do not accept parties and parties.

The story of our fabulous wooden cottage was born in 1934, when the family of the German manufacturer Henkel built this wonderful house under the Low Tatras for their daughter Maria, who was suffering from bronchitis. Staying in the healthy Tatra air improved Maria's condition, so she decided to settle here permanently. Thanks to the Považ Forest Railway, many residents lived here, so together with her partner Maria Pustková, they founded a laundry for forest and railway workers and also worked as teachers in the local school. Here they spent their whole lives together. As a thank you for this wonderful house, the name Maria House was born. We bought the house in 2009 and gradually reconstructed it for permanent residence. Later, we decided to make it available to guests to enjoy the atmosphere that this house has. We will be happy to prepare a perfect rest and relaxation for you in Liptov.
