Time seems to have stood still at our laza. We have no neighbors, no roads (only field and gravel), no factory chimneys. Instead, only the sounds of nature and divine silence. You can see and hear our safari every day - deer, fallow deer, singing and predatory birds, pheasants, crickets, frogs, snakes, cows grazing in the distance, owls at night, bleating deer, wildcat, badger or fox - they all want to tell you something. If you want, you can spend time with our dogs (2), cats (7), or chickens and listen to the buzzing of our bees. At night, you can walk naked under a clear sky shining with stars and enjoy the clean air in your lungs full of ancient scents of just blooming flora, fragrant hay, plowed soil, or a fire in the stove - scents that are constantly changing according to the season. You will drink tasty, fresh, ice-cold water without chlorine or iodine from our well (don't worry, we have water supply right to the house). Right here at the spa you can do a complete detox from the internet, radio and television, free your head from the constant flood of new information and tune in to nature and our mother Earth. You can try healing ice dips in a tub, or grounding - running barefoot on a carpet of grass. You can draw energy from hugging trees or working with the earth. We are also preparing a stone tub for hot herbal treatments and other super spa experiences.
For overnight stays, we offer you a spacious, bright mobile home for up to 6 people with a large terrace and a magical view of the farm, the surrounding nature and frequent visits by wild animals right from the living room window. For a comfortable entrance, the house has a covered entrance terrace and a hallway with plenty of hangers for jackets and bags, two bedrooms - one bedroom with a double bed with a quality mattress, a work desk and a wardrobe with shelves, and the second bedroom with a sofa for two, a wardrobe with shelves and a PC table. The spacious kitchen is connected to the living room. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room. The bathroom is comfortably equipped with a cabinet with a sink, a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, a bidet shower, a hairdryer and a washing machine, with a large boiler with plenty of hot water. All rooms are conveniently located on one floor, without stairs. From the living room you can go out onto a spacious terrace perfect for sunbathing, yoga, meditation or relaxation. The heating is electric ceiling in combination with a wood stove with a large glass window. Thermostats are located in each room.

What else surrounds this mobile home besides nature? The area includes an old farmhouse with a cellar in 0 condition, which is awaiting renovation, a uni-cellar for the housekeeper (also under renovation), a greenhouse and a chicken coop and a remote senior mini house.
Other equipment:
Standard equipped kitchen with stove with large oven and ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer, toaster and regular coffee maker. No dishwasher, while the double-decker is used to dry a large amount of dishes.
TV and WIFI are within reach despite your desire to disconnect, at your request. Hi-fi device with medium speakers for listening to music via blue tooth.

Access:
From the nearest village of Litava you can reach us on a 1.5km gravel road. Given that a certain section of this road is uphill and often washed out by water, it may be more difficult for low cars. In winter, after an unexpected snowfall or ice, the road may be impassable for cars without a 4x4. In that case, you need chains, or we will come and pick you up in the village, where you can leave your car in the municipal office parking lot under security cameras.
Parking is free both at our place and in the village.

Features and uniqueness:
Our farm is absolutely authentic and real, with an original over 100-year-old farmhouse in poor condition. The environment is not neat, orderly, because this is a real, functional, original farm in the process of being built, where old buildings are still waiting for reconstruction. We have 9 wells, a mountain of lying boulders waiting to be placed, uncovered garages, rock walls and other obstacles. The terrain is natural, except for the usable area, undeveloped - we are surrounded by a green jungle. As is usually the case on farms, we also store firewood and building materials here. However, there is no extreme danger here - provided that you move around with common sense, respect and discretion.

Animals:
Access to dogs will be your choice, no animals will jump on you here if you do not wish them to. Cats are our SBS and will always keep an eye on you, but it will be up to you how close you let them in. Cats are not allowed inside the house, they are not trained, they mark. You can visit the hens in the henhouse, the tamer ones can also be warned, we do not keep aggressive roosters. Following the instructions of the landlady, you can go lean your back against the beehive, listen, feel and absorb the energy of these magical communities, or sleep in the apiary.

Insects:
Our environment is not sterile and the insect kingdom - as it should be - is a continuous next dimension of our space. We have almost no mosquitoes, but flies, wasps, bugs, bees and sometimes hornets are a common sight here. There are fly and mosquito nets on every window. Repellents will be useful, or EPI pens if you are allergic to insect bites.

Sounds:
In addition to the silence mixed with the sounds of nature, you will hear dogs barking, which protect us from intruders and wild animals. This can also happen at night, when wild animals move from the rain and the like. Sometimes roosters crow in the distance at night, which we don't even notice anymore, but these sounds will be new to you, as will the silence of the grave. Just in case - earplugs to ensure a peaceful sleep may be useful to you.
It rarely happens that a car passes by us once or twice a day, or meadows are being mowed, surrounding fields are being cultivated and the like. We do not use these lands, so we cannot decide about it. But that is life on the farm.

Civilization:
The nearest Coop grocery store, post office and catering are located in the village of Litava, within 2km of our farm. You can find others in the villages of Senohrad, Bzovík and Pliešovce, which are approximately 10-15km away. Billa, Tesco and other city amenities can be found in Krupina, 16km/20 minutes by car. You can reach Zvolen and Banská Bystrica in approximately an hour, Veľký Krtíš in 40 minutes. The connection to the R1 expressway is in Zvolen in approximately 45 minutes.

What will we do here?
Well, mainly nothing - breathe clean air, drink clean water and immerse yourself in the surrounding nature with everything it brings us. We are surrounded by a wealth of medicinal herbs, mushrooms, forest fruits and edible wild plants. The picturesque palette of mixed forests, fields and flowering meadows, streams and a nearby lake is perfect for long walks, a picnic at sunset and is a paradise for photographers, writers, mushroom pickers, herbalists.
If you need more impressions, you can wander around, or join the work of people (maximum two) working on the farm and try out various work activities in building a farm or caring for animals. We can teach you beekeeping, gardening, herbalism, breeding ....
We provide sleeping bags (4) for sleeping under the night sky. Of course, we have contact with the earth, ice baths in a tub, grounding green carpet for ball games, hugging trees, tasting new flavors of real eggs, honey, herbs, salads from wild plants and small fruits. We can arrange the purchase of goat/sheep milk products, sourdough bread, beef, lamb and game, as well as vegetables and potatoes from local farmers. We have contacts with local producers of home-made flour, poppy seeds, local wines, vegetable oils and the like.

In short - the opportunity to taste fragments of the kind of life that was originally given to man here, before civilization, progress and globalization spoiled it...
