If you are looking for an escape from civilization and complete relaxation in solitude, where you can exchange stressed people and constant hectic movement for peace in the arms of pure nature, if you want to exchange concrete and asphalt for a living mass of trees, wild plants and fragrant soil, if you have had enough of noise and dust roads, or the flickering of street lights at night, you are looking for LitaLaz!
It's as if time has stopped here on the lake. We have no neighbors, no roads (only dirt and gravel), no factory chimneys. Instead, only the sounds of nature and divine silence. Singing birds, pheasants, crickets, frogs, cows grazing in the distance, owls at night, barking deer or fox - they all want to tell you something. If you want, you can spend time with our dogs, cats, or chickens and listen to the hum of our bees. At night, you can walk, even naked, under the clear sky shining with stars and enjoy in your lungs the clean air full of the ancient scents of flora just blooming, fragrant hay, plowed soil, or the fire in the stove - scents that keep changing according to the season. You will drink tasty, fresh, chlorine-free ice water from our well (don't worry, we have water supply right up to the house). Right here on the lake, you can do a complete detox from the Internet, radio and television, free your head from the continuous flow of new information and tune in to nature and our mother Earth.
For living, we offer you a spacious, bright mobile home for up to 6 people with a large terrace and a magical view of the farm, the surrounding nature and frequent visits of wild animals directly from the living room window. For a comfortable entrance, the house has a covered entrance terrace and a hallway with plenty of hangers for jackets, two bedrooms - namely one bedroom with a double bed with a high-quality mattress, a work desk and a shelf wardrobe, and the second bedroom with a sofa for two, a shelf wardrobe and a PC table . The spacious kitchen is connected to the living room. There is a sofa bed for two in the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a cabinet with a sink, a bathtub with a shower, a toilet and a washing machine, with a large boiler with plenty of hot water. All rooms are conveniently located on one floor, without stairs. From the living room, you step out onto a spacious terrace, perfect for sunbathing, yoga, meditation, or relaxation. The heating is ceiling electric in combination with a wood stove with a large glass window. Thermostats are located in each room.

Besides nature, what else does this mobile home have? In the area there is an old farmhouse with a cellar awaiting renovation, a housekeeper's unit (also under renovation), a greenhouse and a chicken coop.

Other equipment:
Standard equipped kitchen with stove with large oven and ceramic hob, large fridge with freezer and toaster. No dishwasher and coffee machine yet.
TV and WIFI is within reach despite your desire to disconnect. Hi-fi device for listening to music via blue tooth.

Access:
You can reach us from the nearest village Litava via a gravel road. Due to the fact that a certain section of this road is uphill and often washed out by water, it can be difficult for low cars to pass. In winter, after unexpected snowfall or ice, the road may be impassable for cars without 4x4. Then you need chains, or we come to take you to the village, where you can leave your car in the parking lot of the municipal office under security cameras.
Parking with us and in the village is free.

Peculiarities and uniqueness:
Our farm is absolutely authentic and real, with the original over 100-year-old farm house. The environment is not polished, orderly, because this is a real, functional, original farm in the process of being built, where the old buildings are still waiting for renovation. We have 9 wells, a hill of lying boulders waiting to be placed, uncovered garats, rock walls and other obstacles. The terrain is natural, except for the used area, unimproved. As is usual on farms, we also store wood for heating and building materials. However, you are not in any extreme danger here - provided that you move here with common sense, respect and prudence.

The animals :
Access to the dogs will be your choice, no animals here will jump on you if you don't want them to. Cats are our SBS and will always keep an eye on you, but it's up to you how close you let them be. Cats are not allowed inside the house. You can visit the hens in the chicken coop, the tamer ones can also be trained, we do not keep aggressive roosters.

Insects:
Our environment is not sterile and the insect kingdom is, as it should be, a continuous next dimension of our space. We hardly have any mosquitoes, but flies, midges, bees and sometimes hornets are a common sight here. There are mosquito nets on every window. Repellents will come in handy, as well as EPI pens if you are allergic to insect bites.

Sounds:
In addition to the silence mixed with the sounds of nature, you will hear dogs barking to protect us from intruders and wild animals. It can also happen at night, when moving wild animals before rain, etc. Sometimes at night roosters crow in the distance, which we don't even notice anymore, but these sounds will be new to you, as well as the grave silence. Just in case - earplugs may come in handy as a guarantee of peaceful sleep.
It rarely happens that a car passes by us once or twice a day, or the meadows are mowed, the fields are worked, etc. Well, that's life on the farm.

Civilization:
The nearest Coop grocery store, post office and hospitality store is located in the village of Litava, about 2 km from our farm. You can find others in the villages of Senohrad, Bzovík and Pliešovce, which are approximately 10-15 km away. Billu, Tesco and other amenities of the city can be found in Krupina, 16 km/20 minutes away by car. You can be in Zvolen and Banská Bystrica in about an hour, in Velky Krtíš in 40 minutes. The connection to the R1 expressway is near Zvolen in approx. 50 min.

What are we going to do here?
But mainly nothing - to breathe clean air, drink clean water and dive into the surrounding nature with everything it brings us. We are surrounded by a wealth of medicinal herbs, mushrooms, wild fruits and edible wild plants. The picturesque palette of mixed forests, fields and flowering meadows, streams and a nearby lake is perfect for long walks, picnics at sunset and is a paradise for photographers, writers, mushroom pickers, herbalists. If you need more sensations, you can hang around, or join the work of people (maximum of two) working on the farm and try different work activities while building a farm or taking care of animals.
