For 17 guests, it has three triple rooms with the possibility of an extra bed, as well as an apartment on the ground floor consisting of two double rooms. Each accommodation unit has a bathroom with a toilet and a TV with satellite reception, while the apartment also has a kitchenette. The cottage includes a cozy common room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen and Wi-Fi internet connection. Outside, there is a garden gazebo with a grill, and the natural atmosphere is completed by a gurgling mountain stream. There is a children's playground with a swimming pool, sandpit and trampoline dedicated to children, as well as a garden swing and table tennis. You can park directly next to the building in six parking spaces.

Cottage Dudáš is located in the village of Oravský Biely Potok in the district of Tvrdošín, which is a great starting point for cycling, trips in Roháče and Skorušinské vrchy. Recreation by the water is made possible by the Oravice Aquapark, you can experience high-quality skiing at the Ski Center Uhliská and Roháče – Spálená, while the open-air museum of the Orava Village Museum in Zuberec and Bobrova Raľa in Podbieli will introduce you to folk architecture and customs.
