Pension Svoboda offers its guests year-round accommodation in a comfortably furnished guest house for up to 8 people. There are four double rooms with double beds. Two rooms have a private bathroom with toilet and shower, while one of them has a balcony. Two rooms form a cell, in which there is one shared bathroom with toilet and shower. Rooms also have access to a balcony. The common areas include the hall in front of the rooms. It consists of a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, an electric kettle, a dining area and a TV. Parking is provided directly at the building on a fenced plot.

Pension Svoboda is situated in a quiet area of Marianske Lazne. Near the house there is a park through which you can get to the city center, where you will admire the colonnade with the Singing Fountain. The city is famous for its healing springs and spas. While walking through the city, you will also come across Ambrož Springs and Springs of Love. Other attractions in the city include the Smraďoch Nature Reserve, the Queen Charles Viewpoint, the Mariánské Lázně Municipal Museum and the Hamelika Lookout Tower. In summer, you can refresh yourself at the Lido natural swimming pool with a sandy beach. On the contrary, in winter you can go skiing in the Mariánky Ski Area.
