Pension Kubo offers year-round accommodation for its guests in six comfortably furnished apartments with a total capacity of 21 people. Four apartments are located on the first floor and have a TV with cable reception, a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. These apartments have two common fully equipped kitchens where you can prepare your own meals. Two apartments are available in the guesthouse's annexes. They are equipped with their own kitchenette and bathroom with toilet and shower. Some apartments also have a balcony. There is also a common room with a sitting area and a TV for guests, and outside there are spaces for barbecues and goulash parties. Parking is provided right next to the building for 8 vehicles.

Pension Kubo is located in the village of Terchová, in the district of Žilina. It is only a few meters away from the center of the village, where you can see the statue of Juraj Jánošík, visit the church of St. Cyril and Methodius with a wooden nativity scene or the Jánošík and Terchová Exhibition. A few meters from the pension there are groceries, restaurants, but also a path to the Terchovské srdce lookout. This location is known for its excellent conditions for hiking in Mala Fatra, where you can go to the Jánošík holes or to the Malý and Veľký Rozsutec, Stoh, Boboty and other hills. During the winter, you can enjoy skiing in the Vrátna Free Time Zone resort.
