Pension Kuzmínovo, open year-round, offers accommodation in 13 rooms and 1 apartment with a TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. In the rooms, we can adapt the beds to single beds and double beds. We have a cot for children. The apartment has a separate entrance, direct access to the wellness area, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Guests can borrow an iron from us. On the ground floor of the guesthouse, you will find two common rooms with a TV, CD and DVD player, video, radio and board games. One common room also has a fireplace, a small bar and a children's corner with toys. Both social rooms also have access to free WiFi internet. For companies, we can offer a congress room for a maximum of 60 people with the possibility of renting equipment. We serve great food in a restaurant with a terrace. You can relax in the wellness center with 2 saunas and a jacuzzi. There is also a cloakroom and laundry room in the basement. We focus on group accommodation, family accommodation and teambuilding.

The area of the guesthouse consists of an outdoor sitting area, a gazebo, a fireplace, a grill, a stew pot and a fire pit. For athletes, we have prepared bicycles, a volleyball court, a football court and a tennis court. We provide parking for 25 cars at the building. Access to the object is via a low-quality forest road.

You can find Kuzmínovo guesthouse in the heart of Orava in the town of Dolný Kubín. We are located near the forest, in a quiet environment. The newly renovated building is ideal for corporate events, family stays and group stays. The surrounding forests also offer excellent conditions for hiking and cycling in Mala Fatra. You can also relax in the Aquarelax Dolný Kubín water park. In winter, the famous Ski Park Kubínska Hoľa and Ski Park Racibor are also nearby.
